Construction of clear water transmission mains and partial distribution pipe network from newly built water treatment plant outside the Khulna city urban area to 7 reservoirs in the city urban area, total length of pipeline is 57 km, of which 40.8 km of ductile iron pipes (diameter DN300mm to DN1200mm) and 16.2km of HDPE pipes (diameter OD75mm-OD250mm). In addition approximate 700m of DN1000mm steel pipes need for river crossing by HDD method.

Construction of Khulna city domestic water distribution pipe network, total length of pipeline is 638.5km, of which 71.4 km of ductile iron pipes (diameter DN300mm to DN700mm) and 567.1km of HDPE pipes (diameter OD75mm-OD250mm). Road crossing and railway crossing by pipe jacking construction in several places are involved.

Construction of raw water intake facility with capacity of 110,000 tons per day (including pump station and supporting facilities); construction of DN1400 raw water transmission pipeline with total length of 33km, of which 27.73km of ductile iron pipes and 5.27km of steel pipes (pipe bridge), involving road crossing by pipe jacking construction.
